The dog days of Summer
The other day we came out of our apartment to find that the plastic underpart in the front of our Toyota Corolla had been pulled forward and was broken. How could that have happened? When we examined things further we discovered some clues. The street dogs here are very territorial. Especially when someone on the street is kind enough to feed them. We saw someone bring them something the night before so we know food was involved. What we think happened is a dog not from our street stole a bit of the food and the other dogs chased him under our car. He hide there while the other dogs tried to get him. The plastic underpart was the first clue and the second were all the paw prints on our car, which we aren't sure you can see from the picture but there were a lot of them.
But the best were the teeth marks. They literally bit the car!
And a few days later this is what we found. Which might have been why she was so feisty and territorial about her food. Hormones.
